ReplyDeleteI've played F.E.A.R. on my PC and I agree 100% with Kudosarian's presentation. Concerning horror, it is not Dead Space (I have thrown my cotroller away while playing this game and also had a light heart attack) but it is not difficult at all to shit your pants (fortunately I did not :))
ReplyDeleteI've played also F.E.A.R. 2 on my ps3 which is also pretty good. I believe it must be noted that the AI of F.E.A.R series is perhaps the best in the shooter genre with enemies who actively try to flank, supress and use their arsenal in the best possible way.
Now I am waiting my copy of F.E.A.R. 3 from zavvi. Well, waiting is a figure of speech because with zavvi you just forget you ordered something so when you receive it it's a nice surprise :)
The more I hear about this game the more I want to play it! Maybe I should just purchase it from Steam and start giving myself a heartattack as well :))
DeleteYeah I heard Fear 2 was ok Filaraki, but Fear 3 is much better, though I have not played either myself. I am currently going through the Expansions for Fear (had a minor heartattack playing this the other night, alone, and in the dark :P). The added bonus of Fear 3 is that you can play co-op :D so very tempted to purchase that the next time it is on offer on Steam.
